Artificial Intelligence in War
Today, we're going to discuss an intriguing topic: Should Artificial Intelligence (AI) be used in the military? This is a complicated question, and I'd like to delve deeper into it, because we're talking about machines that learn on their own or that learn by looking at something, and we don't know if it's a good idea to do so, simply because we know war is never good, anywhere, and it could be extremely dangerous for the world.

However, any revolution comes with risks, and even an AI strategy aimed at supporting human warfighters will face significant operational and ethical difficulties. We are aware of missile software with auto-location capabilities, as well as all of the military's modern technology. Pros: AI is the future, and it will almost certainly be flawless in everything it does. Cons: It doesn't know what is good or bad unless we tell it, and we are relativistic as humans.

If we're in a battle where we know who the bad guys are and there's nothing else we can do but utilize AI, then yes, we should. "At its core, we believe the military has grappled with the question of how do I know what's going on in the globe and how do we process information," says Anduril CEO Brian Schimpf.
